GTM-T will evaluate current labor relations posture; facilitate development of a strategic approach to negotiation of new or renewed agreement; represent that strategy and your organization to achieve a successful relationship and durable working agreement.

Labor Agreement Assessment

GTM-T will review, assess, and recommend alternative approaches, as appropriate, with respect to your organizational mission and vision to assure a mature, successful, and productive labor relations environment.

Negotiation Coaching

GTM-T will work with you and your labor relations personnel to support all aspects of labor agreement administration, reduce unproductive conflict, prepare for labor negotiations, and/or improve workplace relations.
